The short version. We keep what we need to find you grants and nothing else. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the services that make this product work, and those are listed below by name.

What we collect

Your email address and password. The password is stored hashed — we cannot read it and neither can anyone else.
What you tell us in the questionnaire — the kind of organization you run, roughly what funding you are looking for, and where you are. That is the whole basis of the matching. Without it we would be sending you a list instead of a match.
Which grants you save. So your list is there when you come back.
Payment details, if you subscribe — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Page views and clicks, counted with our own software. No cookies, no IP addresses, no cross-site tracking, no third-party advertising trackers. The visitor identifier is random, lives only in that browser tab, and disappears when you close it.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for your financial statements, your tax filings, your donor list, or the contents of any application you write. Grant Hunters points you at funding you qualify for. What you send the funder is between you and them.

Who else touches it

Supabase — where your account and saved grants are stored.
Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
MailerLite — the emails that carry your grants to you.
Netlify — hosting.

That is the complete list. We do not sell your data, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. If that ever changed you would be told before it happened, not after.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. Ask us to delete it and we delete it — account, questionnaire answers, saved grants — and confirm when it is done. Anything we are legally required to retain, such as payment records, stays with Stripe under their retention rules, not ours.

Email support@purpleheartaiconsulting.com and you can ask us to show you everything we hold on you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. No form, no hoops.

Security, honestly stated

Your data sits behind row-level security, and the browser never holds a database key. We say that specifically because it has not always been true: in August 2026 we found database keys printed in the source of several of our own pages and closed every one of them. We would rather tell you that than let you find out some other way.
